PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT BLANKETED WITH NEARLY TWO FEET OF SNOW
PARK CITY, UTAH – (February 28, 2007) Park City Mountain Resort was blanketed with nearly two feet of “The Greatest Snow on Earth,” which began late Monday night and continued through Tuesday afternoon. More than 40 inches of new snow has fallen since Friday with an additional snowstorm expected to start on Wednesday night.
"The snowfall we’ve seen in the past few days is a welcome addition to the already fantastic conditions we’ve had this season,” said Krista Parry, director of marketing/communications of Park City Mountain Resort. “These recent snowstorms are setting up conditions perfectly for a phenomenal month for spring break visitors.”
Park City Mountain Resort is reporting a settled snow depth of 60 inches at mid-mountain and 86 inches at Jupiter.
