PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT RECEIVED THREE FEET OF NEW SNOW

Park City, Utah (December 10, 2007) – Park City Mountain Resort was blasted with a weekend storm that brought three feet of new snow, allowing the Resort to open new terrain leading up to the holiday season.

“This first major snow storm of the year is a welcome prelude to the holiday season and puts us on target with the amount of terrain we had open around this time last year,” said Peter Curtis, president and general manager of Park City Mountain Resort. “There was definitely an increased level of excitement this weekend from guests and team members alike…new snow and more terrain to explore got everyone ramped up for a terrific winter season.”

The latest snowfall has allowed Park City Mountain Resort to open seven lifts accessing 33 runs. The Resort expects to open an additional 16 runs and another lift by this weekend. The forecast calls for more snowfall and colder temperatures throughout the week with larger storms expected to arrive next week. The Resort plans to open additional terrain as conditions permit.
