Peak Performer Award

The Peak Performer Award is presented monthly (during the winter season). It is given to 4 or 5 Team Members per month who: provide consistent, exceptional guest service; behave in a manner that shows commitment to PCMR’s values of Safety, Service, Efficiency, and Fun; and display a strong work ethic.

The monthly winners receive a Peak Performer’s Award item, $100 check, and their picture in the foyer of the Team Building.

At the end of each winter season, the Peak Performer of the Year is selected from the group that has been awarded the Peak Performer. This tough decision is made by the entire management team at PCMR.
