Park City Mountain Resort has traditionally honored donation requests throughout the calendar year but due to the volume of requests a scheduled monthly meeting has become necessary to meet the demands. With proper planning and notification to Park City Mountain Resort every request will be reviewed.
Park City Mountain Resort will review donation requests on a monthly basis. A monthly meeting will be held on the fifth day of every month during which the previous month’s requests will be reviewed.
The application requirements are listed below, please mark the application deadline dates on your calendar so we can continue to contribute to your organization in the future.
Only one copy of the request should be submitted. Applications should be formatted as outlined below. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Complete applications must answer key criteria. All donation requests must be in writing or by filling out the pdf form on this web site and received in the Park City Mountain Resort offices no later than the last day of each month, for review, in the following contribution committee meeting. All requests should be addressed to the Contribution Committee, Park City Mountain Resort, PO Box 39, Park City, Utah, 84060, emailed to donations@pcski.com or faxed to 435-647-5374.

The following information must be included:
1. Name of Organization making request
2. Mailing address
3. Contact person, their telephone number and e-mail contact information
4. Purpose of the organization.
5. Specific In-kind donation request and amount (for example: four alpine slide passes) and not to exceed the value of one adult season pass for the current or upcoming winter season.
6. Has the organization received a previous donation from Park City Mountain Resort? What was the donation and when was it received?
7. Explanation of the need for funds/in-kind service or product; door prizes, raffle prizes, silent auction, etc.
8. State or verify IRS 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status.
Park City Mountain Resort will respond to every request in writing, within two weeks of the Contribution Committee's determination, stating whether the request has been accepted or rejected, and if accepted, what the donation will be.
1. One contribution per calendar year.
2. Organizations must be a tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
3. Organizations located in the Park City area or Wasatch Front will be given first priority.
4. Organization should improve quality of life for residents of the intermountain area.
5. Key criteria on the application form must be answered to be considered.
6. No single donation should be valued at more than the value of a current adult season pass.
7. Letters notifying the organization of the donation will be sent upon approval of the contribution committee and donations will be given in the form of Mountain Money Gift Certificates in the amount of in-kind donation given. *Mountain Money Gift Certificates are non-transferable and not to be resold.
8. All requests will be considered if they meet PCMR requirements and are within the corporate financial allocation for that funding period.
