Spring Concert Series

Location: Canyons Village Stage

Park City Mountain Resort kicks off its annual Spring Concert Series on Saturday, March 4! Through April 16, free après concerts will take place at 3:00PM every Saturday, as well as select Fridays and Sundays, on the Canyons Village Stage and in the Park City Base Area. Get ready to groove as these performers showcase an assortment of music genres ranging from rock and blues to reggae and global sounds.

    Mokie was forged by a shared love for the master jam bands and the spontaneous musical conversations they conjure. They are based out of Salt Lake City and Park City, UT.

    Crystal Fighters are an English electronic / funk band, formed in London in 2007. Their style is a fusion of genres – fast progressive dance music joined by the melodies and dances of traditional Basque folk, alongside synthesizers, bass-driven wonk-funk, with beats fueled by early 1980s Spanish punk and experimental electronica.

You'll hear familiar melodies from the illustrious past of jazz and rock, spun into lively adventurous renditions, energized with soul and a deep appreciate for the groove.

    Welcome to the world of Trinidadio where good times, dancing and fun are always blowing in on the prevailing trade winds. The tiki torches are lit, there’s a fruity drink in your hand and the sound of steel drums is in the air. Relax and listen to Trinidadio bring the Caribbean to Park City.

    In 2016 MAGIC GIANT moved bodies and souls in over thirty cities across North America, touring with bands such as Mike Posner and Beats Antique and playing festivals ranging from Electric Forest to Lightning in a Bottle. Their latest single ‘Set On Fire’ has over 3 million streams and 350,000 video views. Since their self-release it charted #4 on Spotify’s US Viral 50 and #1 on KROQ’s Locals Only. The LA indie band has built a reputation for its infectious sing-alongs and communal live experiences, blending folk instruments (banjo, fiddle, harmonica) with big drums and dance rhythms. They recorded their debut album from their solar-powered mobile recording studio and are set to release it Spring of 2017.

    Garrett Lebeau was born and raised on the Wind River Indian Reservation near Lander, Wyoming and is an enrolled member of the Shoshone tribe. Speaking to both his playing and formative years, he has this to say: “The Blues spoke to me, the raw unadorned honesty is what still motivates me musically. It spans all styles. Folk music is kin in spirit as is most music that I love.”
     

3:00 - 5:00 CryWolf: Live in Legends Bar & Grill

    CryWolf is a local 4 piece acoustic rock n’ roll cover band, playing songs that nobody in the state does, and doing them acoustically. Their song list covers the era of the 60’s to the 90’s with popular bands such as Collective Soul, Incubus, Fuel, Aerosmith, America, Dokken, Stone Temple Pilots and Zeppelin.

Candy's River House: Live on the Canyons Village Stage

    Candy’s River House are the rebel rousers of blues based rock in the Beehive state and beyond. They have shared the stage with the likes of Tinsley Ellis, John Németh, Indigenous, Lukas Nelson, and the Kyle Gass Band. In the 2016 Best of Utah Music Awards, they were the proud winners of Album of the Year and Best Rock Band while also being runner up for Band of the Year and Best Blues Band. Come enjoy their genuine blues style after a great day on the slopes!
