The Eric Hays Memorial Slalom and Giant Slalom includes:
2 Giant Slaloms (Dec 17 & 18) and 2 Slaloms (Dec 19 & 20)
Ladies & Men (U21, U18, U16, & YOB ’99 U14s w/competitor license)

Fees:
$128 for the series or $32 per race
Lift tickets are $38/day for competitor tickets. Lift ticket checks should be made payable to Park City Mountain Resort. PCMR also accepts major credit cards. Multi-day passes are available. Coaches must have current USSA Alpine Coaches Membership in order to receive complimentary lift tickets. Coaches whose status is “pending” are not current.

Checks or Cash only will be accepted for Entry Fees. Make checks payable to the Park City Ski Team. 

All athletes participating in competitions at Park City Mountain Resort must complete and sign the PCMR Release. If athletes will be competing in more than one competition at PCMR during the season, check the appropriate competition boxes at the top of the waiver. Athletes need only fill out the PCMR release once for the 12-13 season.
