More Patrollin'

Sunday evening and snowing. I just enjoyed a rare 2 days off (very rare this time of year). Our rookie training is done (yea!) and for the most part, the entire mountain is open. We were able to get the last area (Jupiter Peak) open for the weekend. With the snow we're getting right now, conditions should be pretty darned nice for our pre-holiday skiers/riders.
My wife and I have family and friends in town for Christmas. Hopefully I'll have some time to spend with everyone, but as I always tell them, as a ski patroller I really don't have "holidays" between Thanksgiving and Easter. Of course most folks (especially those with 9 to 5 office lives) would argue that my entire life is a holiday.
