Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Visits Park City Mountain Resort

Ty Pennington and his crew from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition are building a new house in the area this week, and we are thrilled to donate a special Park City Mountain Resort antique to the home’s construction. Ty sent designers Xzibit, Paige, and Michael to the mountain Friday in search of an exciting mystery item to bring back. We can’t tell you what they brought back to the construction site quite yet, but keep an eye out for the episode airing this fall. In the meantime, here are some shots from behind the scenes of the designers’ mountain adventure.
Xzibit, Paige, and Michael arrive at the mountain for their “Ty Challenge” unsure of what they will find, but armed with a trail map.

Plenty of crew members are on hand to get the right shot.
Xzibit and Michael reach the top of their hike up Homerun and look for Paige, who found her own easier way to the top.
“Paige!” The boys finally find their partner, already at the top and standing with the mystery item to bring back to the house. We can’t tell you what it is just yet, you’ll have to tune in to the show this fall. We’ll have more behind the scenes photos to share then, as well.

I saw their big bus/trailer heading west on Sunday; now I know where they ended up!!
