It's a funny thing, I like to hike for my turns. Ok, maybe not backcountry type hike, but I really enjoy the in-bounds areas at resorts where you have to take your skis or board off and hike a bit to access the terrain. It just seems like you're doing something more than just riding a lift which makes the turns feel all that much more special. One of the iconic areas at Park City Mountain Resort to 'earn your turns' is Jupiter Peak, which opened today with the East Face and Puma Bowl providing some great bluebird powder turns.

Andy has skied the Park City area for 20 years, and is excited to finally be a full-time PC resident and call Park City Mountain Resort his home mountain.
Originally from the Pocono’s of Pennsylvania, Travis found his way to Park City three years ago and is now our grooming manager. When not in snowcat you can find him skiing or snowmobiling in the Utah backcountry or enjoying the skiing here at Park City Mountain Resort.
