Wow, what an awesome night to be out watching the best US Snowboarders duking it out for the chance to represent their country at the 2010 Games. Thanks to the work of many, many people, including our terrain park crew, our race department along lots of others, the pipe was in prime shape and Kelly Clark and Shaun White showed why they are favorites to win Gold with stellar runs including Shaun landing his Double McTwist  for the first time ever in competition. Even the snow, which had been falling quite heavily at times, let up for the contest.

We'll all be back tomorrow for more pipe action, a concert by Thirty Seconds to Mars and the Official Announcement of the 2010 US Snowboard Team - I hope to see everyone there. But, in the meantime, get out and make some powder turns tomorrow too!
