Santa made his first debut in Park City via the Town Lift bringing the best gift we could ask for...SNOW, and lots of it. There was a crowd of several hundred children their to great him, including our sales manager Sean Rayner's family (pictured to the right)! If you visited Santa at the Town Lift Plaza, you can find your pictures by searching "Santa" here.
It's been dumping here and it's not stopping anytime soon. We've received 7 inches since this morning at our Summit Snow Stake. Our meteorologist friend is calling for storms through Thursday. What a great gift!
If you're in town on December 24, make sure you check out our traditional torchlight parade with Santa as the caboose. It certainly is magical, especially when it is accompanied by the beautiful Utah snow! Free cookies and hot chocolate will be handed out in the Resort Plaza beginning at 5:30 pm with the Torchlight Parade beginning at 6:15. Happy Holidays!
Originally from the Pocono’s of Pennsylvania, Travis found his way to Park City three years ago and is now our grooming manager. When not in snowcat you can find him skiing or snowmobiling in the Utah backcountry or enjoying the skiing here at Park City Mountain Resort.
