Keep Doing Your Snow Dance: 8 Inches and More on the Way

The forecasters were wrong again! Wednesday night they called for 3-4 inches, but we awoke to over 8 inches of fresh snow at Park City Mountain Resort. The snow was coming down with such intensity that at one point of the night Parley's Canyons was forced to close. Don't worry though, Utah is great about maintaining their roads and they opened the Canyon to traffic again quickly. By morning the roads were clear and ready for skiers to make their way to the resort.

McConkey's Bowl was ripe and ready for pow turns.

Wednesday morning produced Bluebird skies and light fluffy powder. What more could a girl ask for! The best part of my job is heading up to McConketys first thing in the morning with friends and snapping photos of fresh tracks and powder shots. I'm still feeling the rush of adrenaline from our tree runs and can't wait to see what the rest of this storm system produces throughout the weekend.
