Winter Improvements are Nearly Completed

We spent the summer working on our over $7 million in improvements. This week saw the install of the new 3 Kings triple chair, massive construction on the upgrade of our snowmaking system, the completion of a wind turbine and solar panels as well as the installation of magic carpets in our brand new dedicated learners zone.

Over 600 feet of new pipes waiting to be installed.
The new pipes will improve productivity and energy-efficiency of the snowmaking system.
New snowguns will allow the Resort to open for the season with the quality product guests have come to expect at Park City Mountain Resort.
The Snow Bug at the Kids Korall got a shiny new paint job.
Earthwork was performed to the foundation of the Resort’s legendary 22-foot Eagle Superpipe, which will allow the pipe to open earlier in the season.
Two conveyor lifts were installed for the beginner skiers/riders private learning area.
A new burger bar was built on the deck of Mid-Mountain Lodge.
Everyone's favorite sun deck just got better with a new Burger Bar.

We're proud to have functioning solar panels and a working wind turbine at the top of Silverlode.
Guests are invited to visit these new exhibits that include functioning solar panels and a working wind turbine that generates enough energy annually to power a house for five years.
