All summer I’ve been talking about exploring what happens after Shadow Lake, with fall in full swing, I decided it was now or never. Last week, Sam introduced you to the lower half of Jenni’s trail. With the Grand Opening celebration in the books and two energetic dogs; I laced up my hiking shoes and took a hike starting at the Town Lift, to the top of Jenni’s trail and wrapped back down John’s trail.
It had been a few weeks since I had gotten out on my bike, so I was very excited that I was “obligated” to go for a ride on Sunday, but my biking buddy couldn’t go until 5 p.m. To someone like me, who is terrible at lounging, that was practically a recipe for disaster. So, I did what any crazed, lunatic would do. I took Stella and Gracie for a little jaunt.
