50th Anniversary Love Letters

Park City Mountain Resort celebrates its 50th anniversary in the 2013-14 season and while our mountain is full of a half century's worth of stories, we want to hear yours! Whether you were here for the Resort's first day of skiing in 1963 or have just recently gotten to know us, we'll be documenting your letters and sharing them throughout our golden anniversary - everything from our milestone moments to what makes the mountain special to our guests.

Share your "Love Letter to Park City Mountain Resort" with pictures and or video, and we may contact you about doing something special with it to share with our guests. Share your Love Letter Story with Park City Mountain Resort To share your "Love Letter" (story) with Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) please submit the application to PCMR by clicking on the “submit” button below. By submitting your story in text, photo and or video format, you agree and consent to the Resort’s use of your name, photograph, videography, likeness and general applicable background information on the Resort’s websites. The information you provide in this Love Letter are subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Internet site. Photos, videos and text ("stories") are subject to acceptance by Park City Mountain Resort for inclusion in online and other promotional placements. Park City Mountain Resort may reject, in its sole discretion and without notice, any story submitted. Park City Mountain Resort does not pay any compensation or royalty for stories posted, and may post and remove posted stories at any time. You will receive a story credit wherever Park City Mountain Resort uses the story. You grant to Park City Mountain Resort the absolute, perpetual, worldwide right to (1) reproduce, copy, modify, create derivatives in whole or in part, or otherwise use the submitted story or any part thereof in combination with or as a composite of other matter, an (2) use and permit the use of your name, whether in original or modified form, in connection with the story, and (3) display, perform and exhibit the photo online or offline on Park City Mountain Resort's web points of presence. You understand that other persons may download, print or otherwise capture content posted on web sites and use or exploit that content without authorization. Park City Mountain Resort does not have any obligation to prevent the capture or subsequent use or exploitation of photos, videos or text posted on its web site. You represent that you took the photos or video, and/or wrote the text submitted or have the right to submit the story, and that any subject of your story (or the subject's parents or guardian if under the age of eighteen years) has granted permission to use his or her image in the story. You waive all rights and release Park City Mountain Resort, its subsidiaries, affiliates, nominees, licensees, their successors and assigns, and those acting with its authority, from, and will neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any of them for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the stories submitted. The opportunity to have stories posted is not intended to promote or encourage activities involving the risk of injury to participants. You release Park City Mountain Resort, its subsidiaries, affiliates, nominees, licensees, their successors and assigns, and those acting with its authority, from, and will neither sue nor bring any proceeding against it for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for any responsibility for injury incurred during the photo/video session. You represent that you are over the age of eighteen years and that you are free to enter into this agreement, or if under the age of eighteen years, that your parent or your legal guardian approves and agrees to the terms of this authorization and release. This Story Submission Authorization and Release is governed by Utah law, and is the entire agreement concerning the subject hereof. Provisions of this Story Submission Authorization and Release held to be in violation of applicable law, void or unenforceable are waived to the extent necessary for this agreement to be otherwise enforceable.
