Signature 3 Ski (Ages 3½-5)

The perfect combination of learning and fun for kids ages 3½ - 5. Classes feature a child-specialist instructor — and blend ski instruction with additional activities in our Kids Mountain School.

A maximum of three students per instructor ensures that your child receives all kinds of personal attention and instruction — and most importantly, all kinds of fun times. Our Signature 3 Ski classes work like this: each class provides two 75-minute sessions of ski instruction. Students start on our magic carpet if needed, and can progress to the two runs off our First Time Lift. An instructor is present at all times. Our indoor activities, created by our child specialists, include a craft area, quiet reading room, and huge jungle gym.

In a continued effort to maximize the safety and well-being of our Ski and Snowboard School guests, we are requiring all participants 17 years old and younger to wear a helmet. Helmets are available for purchase in Legacy Sports or can be rented at Park City Mountain Rentals or Kids Signature 3 Check-In.

• We will attempt to accommodate adjustments to your lesson at no charge if you call 1-800-227-2754 at least 24 hours before the start of your lesson.
• Lessons cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, but before the scheduled start time of your lesson, will be assessed a $100 reschedule fee.
• No-show lessons (including lessons cancelled after the scheduled start time) will be charged the full lesson rate, and any remaining lessons will be cancelled.

Signature 3 Superstars

This all day program is for 4-6 year old skiers that have the skills to move beyond our standard Signature 3 Ski program and spend more time on the mountain, yet are not quite ready for the full Signature 5 Ski experience. The Superstars maintain our Signature 3 student to instructor ratio of 3 to 1 semi-private. These children must have the ability to stop and control their speed by turning both directions as they move up the mountain on Green terrain. This will allow them to experience several of our high speed 6 pack lifts, Adventure Alleys, increased skiing time with two 2 hour sessions, an instructor on the chair with each lift ride, and still offers them an indoor place to play or rest when they are ready for a break.

This program includes skis, boots, lunch and lift privileges.

Signature 3 Snowboard

This learn to snowboard program for 5 and 6 year olds is an introduction to snowboarding in a small class, maximum 3 children to 1 coach ratio. Signature 3 Snowboard is for 1st time participants through learning to link turns, utilizing our First Time Lift terrain only. Once participants accomplish linking heel and toe side turns, they are ready to move to our Signature 5 Snowboard program.

Learning to snowboard for young children requires detailed fine motor skills, along with physical strength, that of which some children at this age may have not yet developed. Parental expectations must be realistic goals, focus should be an introduction to the sport, safety and lots of fun are the priorities!

This program includes 2 on-snow lessons, boots, board, lunch and lift privileges.
