Learn to Rip

All mountain learning.

Learn to Rip

A program for ages 7 – 9 as of January 1, 2013.  For this program children must be, at a minimum, parallel skiers that are comfortable on all blue terrain.

This ten-session program is for those wanting to develop and improve general skiing skills. The primary emphasis is on being safe, having fun and improve on their fundamentals and love of skiing.

Learn to Rip is staffed by specially selected coaches from the Park City Ski and Snowboard School. These instructors are selected for their enthusiasm, knowledge, and skills in working with young skiers. Each skier will be assigned to a group based on their age and ability and these groups will stay together throughout the program.

The program runs ten Saturdays from 9:15am to 3:00pm. Groups break for lunch under the supervision of their coach. Parents are responsible for their child’s lunch and transportation.
