I had a terrible experience with The Clubhouse, and I hope mine was an isolated one. The owner was a nightmare to deal with. She made promises to reimburse our family after her staff had locked the doors and closed down on a Saturday night they were supposed to watch my son. After we got back to Florida, she said she decided not to reimburse me, although the lack of communication was on part by her staff. We ended up making childcare reservations at the area resorts (The Canyons). Although a few dollars more expensive, it was well worth it! I DO NOT recommend this childcare facility only because the owner, Lisa, was very rude and didn't try to accommodate us at all when she and her staff made mistakes.
