Barb's Trip Diary: Day Two
Today was the perfect family day! It is snowing hard here in Park City and I am happy for it.
The Alpine Coaster was closed due to the weather so we opted for a lazy lunch at Legends. The seared ahi nachos were a hit with my husband, Bob. The boys, Connor (14) and Carter (12) are impressed with the Legends’ burger.
After lunch we returned to the condo to take advantage of all the wonderful little luxuries in our Silver Star condo. Bob used the steam shower while Connor, Carter and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Honesty, the condos are so nice I have no idea why anyone would ever want to leave them!
We had the chance to watch our Broncos lose again and are getting ready to barbecue some steaks we picked up at the Whole Foods in Kimball Junction yesterday. Tomorrow Carter, who uses a wheelchair, heads out with the National Ability Center to try out a new sit-ski. Stay tuned to see how it goes.
