Perfect for beginners, the Rail Trail extends 28 miles through the valley.
Part of the Great Western Trail, the 20-mile Wasatch Crest Trail is one of the best in the area.
Designated downhill trails let riders take off at full speed.
Road bikers have plenty of options, using the Rail Trail to access the higher mountain roads.
All three resorts--Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort--offer lift-served mountain biking, so sit back and enjoy the ride up the mountain, then explore miles of scenic mountain trails.
Mountain bike rentals are available at a variety of shops in the Park City Mountain Resort base area and in town. Their staff are a great resource for tips on where to go to find the right trail for your family and ability levels.
