QUESTION: There used to be a "Free" skiing opportunity on your day of arrival. Does that still hold true? quick_start_logo_web (quick_start_logo_web)

Asked by Don on December 28, 2009

ANSWER: Yes, the Quick START Vacation allows you to exchange your same-day boarding pass for a free lift ticket at any of the three resorts in Park City. The Quick START program is organized by the Park City Chamber and Visitors Bureau and it shows just how accessible a ski vacation to Park City really is (Park City Mountain Resort was named the most accessible resort in North America by the readers of SKI Magazine for the second year in a row).

In order to take advantage of the Quick START program, fill out this form and bring it, along with your same-day airline boarding pass and out-of-state ID, to any ticket window. You will then be skiing/riding for free! Blackout dates to apply so visit here for more information.

I think you also have to register online(as stated on the form at the link) before departure

If you fly in on a private plane how can you still participate in this special? Can I bring some other proof of flying in that day?

Hi Brandy -

Unfortunately, private jets do not apply for the free lift ticket offer. The QuickSTART program is for commercial, passenger planes only. We hope to see you in Park City! The snow is awesome right now!

Is the Quick Start ticket good for night skiing? We won't arrive until around 6pm.

The QuickSTART ticket is valid until 7:30 pm Steve and Homer so you can get some turns under the lights once you arrive! We'll see you up here.
