Bottles, Bikes and Bites. Park City’s take on Food Festival Fun
If you are searching for another wonderful reason to visit Park City in the summer, look no further than the Park City Food & Wine Classic which will take place from July 7-10, 2011.
You can join foodies from across the globe as they trek to Park City to experience culinary delights and attend food and wine seminars in a beautiful mountain setting. Traditional culinary and winemaker seminars will be offered but I was most intrigued by the unique twists thrown in to this Classic’s event menu offerings.
The “Mud, Sweat and Cheers” seminar includes mountain biking with executive chefs followed by lunch paired with delicious wines. If you’d rather take things slower, the food and wine tasting strolls along Historic Main Street, Master Classes with top chefs or the “Grand Tasting, Toast of Park City” might feed you well.
No matter which events you choose to attend, you can count on tasting amazing food and wine, being entertained by incredibly talented musicians, and you could even learn something new at this annual event. Be warned, this Food & Wine Classic might just be habit forming!
The Park City Food & Wine Classic will be held from July 7-10, 2011. For more information, please visit http://www.parkcityfoodandwineclassic.com
