How do you Accommodate Families whose Child Might Have a Special Challenge?

mondays-with-mary (mondays-with-mary)The National Ability Center (www.discovernac.org) is best equipped to work with children who have special challenges and needs,  whether physical or cognitive. They are an exceptional facility here in Park City that should be utilized.

If your child has food allergies, you should know that we do not use any peanut oils in our fryers, and we have many options to pick from. We even have gluten free and vegetarian options. If this won’t suffice, we then ask parents to provide lunch.
