Popcorn Snowballs

If you are taking a break from the mountain or if you want an easy and fun dessert.  These are awesome!

Popcorn Snowballs

popcorn-snowball-ingredients (popcorn-snowball-ingredients)Purchase:
3 pack box of microwave popcorn
1 stick of butter
1 bag of marshmallows (large or small)

Pop 2 bags of popcorn in the microwave (about 3 quarts)
Remove all of the popcorn kernels

In a big saucepan, slowly melt 1/4 cup butter
Then add all of the marshmallows
Stir until melted

Then add the popcorn and gently mix and fold the popcorn into the marshmallow mix
If you want it more crunchy (and less sticky)  add a portion of the third bag of popcorn.

Dip your hands in cold water and shape the popcorn balls
Makes 16 large snowballs
