Picture this: You have been dying to try a new Park City restaurant so you drag your two young children along. Within minutes, your son starts clanging his spoon on his glass and your daughter throws her Cheerios at the waitress.
The lessons for the kids have been great not only because of what they are learning but because they give my husband Tolbert and I a chance to really ski the mountain.
First there was a text. Then a game of phone tag. Then a few more texts, a call and a meeting place.
This morning I dropped my eight-year-old son off for his snowboard lesson at 9 am and my daughter off for her Signature 3 ski lesson at 9:45 am. By 9:47 am I was skiing alone for the first time in almost ten years.
