Q: Can I use this past season's Season Pass card this season?
A: Yes. Each pass holder may receive one replacement pass for $5 charge. The fee for subsequent replacements is $25.
Q: Where can I download a season pass waiver form?
A: You can download a Park City Mountain Resort waiver form from www.parkcitymountain.com/waiver.
Q: What can I do if I forgot my pass?
A: Season pass holders are required to pay $25.00 and have their pass replaced. However, if you were using your pass from a prior season, you will only need to pay $5.00 for the first reprint.
Q: What happens if someone else uses my pass?
A:Passholders are responsible for all pass usage. Passes used by persons other than passholder will be considered fraud. Passholder will be responsible for a $500.00 fine and 2nd offense may result in skiing/riding privileges being revoked. Control your pass!
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are given on a case by case basis and will only be considered for medical conditions such as injury, surgery and hospitalization. All refunds require documentation such as a letter from a physician. We must receive all documentation at the Resort Services Office within two weeks of the condition and absolutely no later than the resort's closing day. The amount of refund will be pro-rated based upon date and/or usage. All refunds are for that individual only. Documents can be faxed to 435-658-5531 or mailed to Resort Services Office, Park City Mountain Resort, PO Box 39, Park City, UT 84060.
Q: How does "reload" for my EZ Access Pass work?
A: If you still have your pass from the prior season then we can certainly reload it. We just need you to sign this year's waiver, provide your Utah proof of residency documents and purchase the pass. You will need to do this either via our call center (800-227-7275) or in-person at the Resort Services Office as there is no online option available for reloading EZ Access passes at this time.
Q: What are Friends & Family Tickets?
A: Friends & Family Tickets are day tickets valid any day of the current winter season which can be given to a family member or a friend of the passholder's choosing. Selling or auctioning Friends & Family Tickets is considered Pass Fraud and theft of services, which is punishable by law. In addition, a passholder whose Friends & Family Tickets are found for sale could lose their pass privileges and be subject to a $500.00 fine.
Q: Will my season pass be valid at other POWDR resorts?
A: Park City Mountain Resort pass holders receive 20% off the prevailing 1-day lift ticket rate at our sister resorts: Mt Bachelor in Oregon, Killington Resort and Pico Mountain in Vermont, Boreal Mountain Resort and Soda Springs Winter Resort in California, Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort in Nevada and Copper Mountain Resort in Colorado. Simply present your Park City Mountain Resort season pass at the ticket window of our sister resorts each day to receive this benefit.
Q: What is License to Ride?
A: Powdr Resorts and Woodward are supporting the youth by hooking up all 2013-14 season pass holders (aged 17 and under*) with a License 2 Ride. So how do you get yours? It’s easy. Purchase a teen or youth season pass to Park City Mountain Resort and get your License 2 Ride for free at five other Powdr Resorts including Boreal Mountain Resort in California, Copper Mountain Resort in Colorado, Killington Mountain Resort in Vermont, Mt Bachelor Resort in Oregon and Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort in Nevada.

Q: What is it?
2013-14 Park City Mountain Resort season passholders who add at least one customizable “My Pass. My Way” feature to their pass receive 3 free 1-day lift tickets each at Alta, Deer Valley and Snowbird during the 2013-14 winter season (see blackout days below).
Q: Can I redeem free tickets on weekends?
Yes. This benefit will be honored 7 days a week at each of the resorts, with the following blackout dates applying: December 21, 2013 – January 5, 2014 and February 15-17, 2014.
Q:How do I become eligible?
Any full-paying 2013-14 season passholder, who adds at least one “My Pass. My Way” feature to their pass (Fast Tracks, night skiing/riding, underground parking,) receives the benefit.
Q: Which PCMR passes apply?
This benefit applies to all PCMR passholders – within any age group – who add at least one “My Pass. My Way” feature to their pass, with the exception of Child (2-6 yrs old).

Q: Are there blackout dates?

Q: is there a deadline for this benefit?
There is a limit to this program so upgrade early to ensure your benefit.
Q: How do I redeem my benefit?
Bring your Alta, Deer Valley, PCMR or Snowbird pass to any cooperating resort’s ticket window to redeem your free lift ticket.
Q: I already bought my 2013-14 without any customizable features. Can I still get in on this?
Yes. To add a feature and become eligible, contact our Resort Services Office (800)227-2754 and upgrade your pass.
Q: Can I still get a lift ticket at another resort if my home resort has closed for the season?
Yes. If the resort you hold your pass at has closed for the season (or hasn't opened for the season yet), you can still redeem your free lift ticket at another resort if it’s open – provided you haven’t already hit your limit of 3 days at that resort.
Q: Can I give a free ticket to someone else?
No. These tickets are 100% non-transferable – they must be used only by the passholder. Anyone who sells or transfers their tickets risks having their pass revoked by their home resort in addition to other penalties.
Q: Can I redeem multiple free tickets on a given day?
No, only one ticket per day and only one resort redemption per day.
Q: Can I get money back for days I don’t redeem a free ticket?
Q: I’m a snowboarder, can I trade the 3 Alta or Deer Valley days for an additional 3 Snowbird days?
Q: Do I get additional free lift tickets if I buy additional season pass add-ons?
Q: Does my 2013 *summer* season pass get me in on this deal?
No. This offer applies only to 2013-14 winter passholders.
Q: Does this benefit apply to a complimentary or discounted PCMR pass I received?
No. This offer applies only to passes purchased at full retail value.
