Pizza and a Fire
We decided to order pizza--no work for mom in the kitchen, and I asked the concierge for a recommendation. She suggested Fuego at 2001 Sidewinder Drive, a five minute drive from Park City Mountain Resort. fuegopizzeria.com is where you can find all the menus.
It was a great choice. I decided to pick up our pizzas so that I could take a look at the restaurant for a future visit. The Daily Specials board caught my eye as soon as I walked in. There's a special each night of the week, including Spaghetti Night ($6.99 including salad and garlic bread.) Ravioli on Thursday night sounded great too. And there’s a good kids’ menu--$6 for pasta, pizza and more plus a drink.
Our pizzas were top notch. The crust was thin and crispy, the toppings plentiful and tasty.
I loved the atmosphere too. I would feel comfortable bringing the kids, dining alone with my husband, or going with a group of friends. The restaurant is casual with warm lighting and a friendly vibe. Check it out the next time you're in Park City!
Fuego is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Call ahead 435-645-8646 to make sure they are open, order a pizza or make a reservation.
