How do Instructors Guard Against Frostbite?
We certainly train our staff to be aware of how the children are doing, physically as well as emotionally during their lesson. We encourage proper dress for the cold temps (that means no cotton socks and layers that will wick away moisture.) We also allow short hot cocoa breaks when the weather is especially cold to help keep the children comfortable.
