Spend your summer exploring the mountains you learned to love in the winter. Park City Mountain is the ideal summer base camp hosting lively summer events and offering a wide range of adventures. The Park City Adventure Park is home to North America’s longest Alpine Slide and our thrilling Mountain Coaster. Scenic chairlift or gondola rides give you a bird s eye view of the Wasatch Mountains and provide access to over 150 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Mountainside accommodations and gourmet dining are available at both our distinct base areas.

Park City Mountain Village Adventure Park

Mountainside thrills and endless outdoor adventures await you this summer at Park City Mountain. Located near vibrant Park City Main Street, Park City’s Adventure Park at Mountain Village hosts a wide array of activities and dining options. Activities at the Park City Mountain Adventure Park include Utah’s longest mountain coaster, a 3,000-foot-long Alpine slide, the Flying Eagle Zip Line, scenic lift rides, hiking, mountain biking, mini golf, a climbing wall, gem panning and more.

 

Canyons Village

Easily accessible via shuttle from Salt Lake International Airport, Canyons Village is an ideal base camp for your summer adventures. The pedestrian-friendly village offers an array of lodging, dining and shopping options, while just steps away from mountain trails. Throughout the summer Canyons Village serves as the backdrop for summer concerts, events and unique festivals. Canyons Village summer activities include scenic gondola rides, cross country mountain biking, disc golf, hiking, and Canyons Golf.

If you love our blues and blacks in the winter, you won’t want to miss our greens in the summer! Canyons Golf offers a challenging and enjoyable 18-hold par-70 course located steps away from the Grand Summit Hotel. The course was designed by renowned course architects Gene and Casey Bates and offers over 550 feet of elevation change and is characterized by memorable shots and dramatic views. Scenic Lift/Gondola Rides

Enjoy a bird’s eye view of Park City and the Wasatch Mountains with a scenic lift or gondola ride. Town Lift takes you up to the trails directly from Park City Main Street, while Payday Express and Crescent Express offer hiking access and scenic rides out of Mountain Village. This summer, be one of the first people to enjoy the new cabins on the Red Pine Gondola with a scenic ride at Canyons Village. The Red Pine Gondola provides access to summer al fresco dining at Red Pine Lodge and is the gateway to Alpine trails at Canyons Village.

 

World-Class Mountain Biking
Two lifts provide bike access during summer at Park City Mountain and are centrally located among some of Park City’s most beautiful trails. Crescent Express operates out of Park City Mountain Village and provides access to the IMBA-recognized “Epic Ride” along Mid-Mountain Trail. If you’re up for a challenge Crescent Express helps riders access Cyn City and Charlie’s 9K, two of our newest trails constructed by Mountain Trails Foundation At Canyons Village, the Red Pine Gondola provides access to miles of gorgeous cross-country biking and hiking trails. Bike rentals are available on site at Legacy Sports and Canyon Mountain Sports.

Park City Farmers Market: Wednesdays starting June 7
The Park City Farmers Market is a seasonal market held at the base of the Canyons Village every Wednesday this summer from 11 a.m.  to 5 p.m. The market showcases local Utah vendors and artisans selling fresh produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods, crafts and more.

 

Latino Arts Festival: Friday, June 16 – Sunday, June 18

Celebrate the Latino and Hispanic cultures of Peru, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina and more. Enjoy live music, performances and art exhibits.

Forum Fest: June 30 – July 4

Forum Fest returns in 2023, kicking off June 30 with a concert in the Canyons Village Forum followed by four days of live music, great food and drinks, kids and family activities, public art displays and more. Four nights of drone shows, all-day music, and two nights of fireworks are a great way to celebrate summer at Canyons Village.

 

Park City 4th of July Celebration

Grab your favorite red, white, and blue regalia and head down to Main Street for Park City’s annual 4th of July Parade. The parade progresses down historic Main Street to City Park. NEW in 2023 – Park City will be hosting a drone light show out of Park City Mountain Village just after dark on July 4th in lieu of fireworks.


Legends Bar & Grill Farm to Table Dinners: July 21, August 18 and, September 15

From the Park City Farmers Market to your dinner plate! Farm to Table dinners return this summer where you can enjoy a 5-course al fresco meal with ingredients straight from local farms select Friday evenings at Legends Bar & Grill at Park City Mountain Village.

 

Canyons Village Toyota Summer Concert Series: Thursdays and Saturdays starting mid-July

Enjoy complimentary live music and fresh mountain air Thursday and Saturday nights in July and August at Canyons Village. The summer concert series will feature an array of musical performances from local, regional and national artists. Concerts begin at 5 p.m. and guests are welcome to bring picnics or enjoy food and beverages from restaurants on site.


Park City Wine Fest: Thursday, October 5 – Saturday, October 7

Explore the mountains and sip wines from the West Coast to France with over 100 wineries and distilleries at the Park City Wine Fest. Experience Park City’s culinary scene with expertly paired wine dinners and lunches. If you’re feeling adventurous enjoy a paired wine hike or lifestyle event.
