DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

OWNER MANAGED LODGING, CAR RENTAL, SHUTTLE, EQUIPMENT RENTAL, PACKAGE POLICIES

Winter Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of one night lodging is due at the time of booking. (November 1st - April 30th)

Winter Final Payment & Cancellation: Final payment for the total reservation is taken 45 days prior to arrival at which time the reservation is non-refundable. Cancellations received prior to 46 days of arrival, forfeit one nights lodging per reservation. Changes in lodging/package within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable. Your payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Summer Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of one night lodging is due at the time of booking. (May 1st - October 31st)

Summer Final Payment & Cancellation: Final payment for the total reservation is taken 7 days prior to arrival at which time the reservation is non-refundable. Cancellations received prior to 8 days of arrival, forfeit one nights lodging per reservation. Changes in lodging/package within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Your payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

SEASON PASSES

BY PUTTING $49 DOWN I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM COMMITTING TO BUY THE PASS(ES) FOR THE 2017/2018 SEASON. I UNDERSTAND THIS $49 PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I agree the credit card provided will be authorized for the remaining amount of the Season Pass product purchased. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to my credit card on or around September 15, 2017. Once the $49 initial payment has been made, the $49 initial payment cannot be cancelled or refunded, nor can the pass purchase be cancelled or refunded. In the event the total price of the Season Pass product is lowered prior to the start of the 2017/2018 ski season, the remaining amount due will be reduced by the amount of the total price lowered. I agree to provide a valid email address for the express purpose of receiving communications regarding this transaction. I understand this is the only manner by which I will receive such communications.

THIS PASS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE RESOLD. The pass may be confiscated and not re-issued if, in the sole judgment of the ski area operator, the pass holder: 1) acts in a manner that could endanger the safety of any person; 2) violates the law; 3) provides ski lessons or related services for compensation; or 4) engages in fraud or misconduct or creates a nuisance. Re-issued passes may be subject to a replacement fee. The pass holder acknowledges his or her affirmative duty to immediately notify the ski area operator and authorities if the pass is lost or stolen and that failure to do so may result in loss of skiing privileges. The pass holder also acknowledges that this pass is non-refundable unless Pass Insurance has been purchased.

SKI SCHOOL

Lesson Change and Cancellation Policy: All lessons begin on time; we are not typically able to accommodate late arrivals.  We will attempt to accommodate adjustments to your lesson, at no charge, AT LEAST 24 hours before the start of your lesson.  Cancellations and changes made within 24 hours of the lesson(s) start will incur a $75 rebooking/cancellation fee.  For cancellations and changes occurring after the start of the lesson on the day of the lesson, and No Call-No shows, the fee is 100% of the total cost of the first day's lesson(s) and any remaining lessons will be cancelled.  Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation.

To cancel or change a lesson reservation, please call our Ski and Snowboard School reservation office at (800)227-2754.  We are available everyday this winter season from 8am until 5pm MST.

All participants in our ski school – private and group lessons – must complete a liability waiver prior to their activity.  You may review, print, and fill this waiver out ahead of time by going to www.parkcitymountain.com/waiver.

LIFT TICKETS

Lift tickets must be purchased online 14 days in advance for International.

  • Lowest price guaranteed for 7 day advance purchase.
  • Within 7 days through midnight of day prior to first day on slopes receives discount from ticket window price.
  • All lift tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Additional days purchased at the ticket window will be charged the window rate.
  • Lift ticket prices are based on your first day on the slopes.
  • All full-day and multi-day lift tickets include night skiing (when night skiing is available).
  • Lift ticket prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Any adjustments made at the resort are based on the window rate at the resort on the day of adjustment.
