Since then, many changes and events have taken place that would re-write Park City’s future as a top ten ski destination including the hosting of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and now, the creation of the largest ski resort in the United States!

Not an Epic Pass holder? Not to worry, buy our EpicDay Lift Tickets online in advance, to guarantee the lowest price on your lift tickets. Our Park City Base Area ticket offices are located next to the base of the PayDay lift and next to the base of the First Time lift for your in-person purchases.
Hungry? A variety of dining locations are found throughout the Park City Base Area. Start your morning with a cup of warm fresh roasted coffee and a bagel from Jupiter Java than circle back to the Base Area for lunch at Legends Bar and Grill for legendary food and tasty beverages. For a more traditional resort appetite, head upstairs to the Legacy Café where the options are endless.
An array of stores and boutiques present themselves in the Park City Base. When it comes to ski gear, be sure to stop by Legacy Sports inside the Legacy Lodge. Whether you need new ski’s or forgot a glove, Legacy Sports will have covered with all of the latest trends in the ski industry. Other ski, boot and clothing stores are available throughout the base area.

Ski and Snowboard rentals at the Park City Base don’t get any easier. Just steps away from the snow, Park City Mountain Rentals located in the Legacy Lodge, is staffed with professional rental techs that will get you onto the snow quickly with service that ensures maximum comfort in any snow condition.
If you’re not comfortable driving in winter conditions, we recommend you take Park City’s free, bio-diesel, ski-friendly public transportation system. Read more or download Park City Bus Maps.
Directions to the Park City Base Area are simple. Follow UT-224 from I-80 towards Park City. After 6 miles turn right onto Empire Avenue and follow it to signs directing entry to the base parking facilities. Please note that our surface parking lots are not available for overnight parking.
