To speed your return to the slopes this season, please print out the waiver below, fill it out completely, and return it to the RSO.  If you have your pass from last year, it will be re-activated as soon as you return the waiver. If you are a new passholder, or need a replacement pass, bring your completed form to the Resort Services Office.
