Sundial Lodge

Silverado Lodge

Grand Summit Hotel Meeting Space

The Grand Summit Conference Center boasts more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, allowing you to host groups ranging in size from 10 to 500.

The Kokopelli Grand Ballroom measures nearly 5.967 square feet divisible into three sections. The White Pine Ballroom measures over 1,620 square feet and may be divided into two equal breakout rooms.

We also offer four additional breakout rooms (507 square feet each) that are ideal for small group sessions and meetings. The Conference Center also offers a generous lobby with private entrance and an expansive registration and reception area to welcome your guests.

Silverado Lodge

Silverado Lodge offers 10,985 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space (mid-April through mid-November) including the new Silverado Conference Center which represents 2,346 square feet of elegant meeting space.

In addition to the Silverado I & II Conference Rooms that comprise the Conference Center, the Bobcat Ballroom and Bear Claw meeting room provide additional multi-faceted meeting space in Silverado Lodge.

Sundial Lodge

The Sundial Boardroom is located in the Sundial Lodge within Canyons Resort Village with views of the Red Pine Gondola and village with the Uinta mountains off in the distance.

Great for ski clubs, family gatherings, and intimate meetings, the boardroom will fit 12 guests in a conference setup, 30 guests in a reception setup and tables of 4 for 16 guests.

ON-MOUNTAIN VENUES

Park City offers two options for on-mountain meeting and event venues.

Red Pine Lodge, located atop the Red Pine Gondola is the most unique and largest on-mountain venue while Lookout Cabin fulfills the opposite role, boasting intimacy and seclusion.

Both offer the unique experience of ascending the mountain via gondola (or the Orange Bubble Express) featuring breathtaking views of the Wasatch range. Lookout Cabin and Red Pine Lodge are available throughout winter and summer through early October.

Red Pine Lodge

Located mid-mountain at 8,000 feet, Red Pine Lodge is one of the unique on-mountain large event venues in the Mountain West.

Imagine the excitement and anticipation as guests board the Red Pine Gondola for an unforgettable evening.

Depending on the season, Red Pine offers a variety of flexible indoor and outdoor settings for meetings, barbecues, special banquets, or reunions. An event at Red Pine Lodge transforms a function into a treasured memory.

Lookout Cabin

Located atop Lookout Peak with 360° views of the Wasatch Mountains, Lookout Cabin is a perfect secluded venue to host an intimate evening of drinks and dinner for 40-80 guests.

Accessed via the Orange Bubble Express, Lookout Cabin is an unparalleled experience in Park City. One of the key differentiating points of Lookout Cabin is a large 1400 square foot deck that features one of the more striking views that Canyons has to offer.

Legacy Lodge

Conveniently located at the Park City base area, Legacy Lodge is surrounded by year-round activities and dining that groups tend to talk about long after they leave.

Mid-Mountain Lodge
