Guest Services is located on the first floor of Legacy Lodge at Park City Mountain Village and inside the Ski & Snowboard School Sales Office at Canyons Village.

Guest Services can provide general resort and mountain information, help with lost and found and assist with questions.

Guest services is available from 8:30AM - 4:30PM or can be reached by calling 435.615.3446 for Canyons Village or 435.658.5810 for Mountain Village

Day Use Lockers & Bag Check 

Day-use lockers and Bag Check are a convenient and safe way to store your shoes or other personal items while you enjoy your day on the slopes. Both services are available in the lower level of Legacy Lodge in the Park City Mountain Village. At Canyons Village,  day-use lockers are available next to Canyon Mountain Sports.

Locker pricing: $17 to $22/day
Bag Check: $15/day (Mountain Village Only)

Ski and Snowboard Valet

Planning to ski or ride at Park City for two or more days? We offer an overnight Ski and Snowboard Valet service for your convenience, located on the snow near the bottom of Payday Express chairlift at Park City Mountain Village and next to the Ski & Snowboard School sales office in Canyons Village. Valet is open daily from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

  • Valet pricing: $15 per personal board or skis and $5 per Vail Rental board or skis. 

Lost and Found services are available through Guest Services located in Legacy Lodge at Park City Mountain Village and inside the Ski and Snowboard School sales office at Canyons Village.
