The five-day itinerary below will help you and your family experience these resort improvements and more for an experience of a lifetime.
Day 1
Arrive & Check-In
Between the two base areas and small town of Park City, you'll find the perfect condominium, hotel, lodge, or private home for your family. Whether you're looking for in-village or ski-in/ski-out access, convenience to Historic Main Street, or luxurious amenities, it's all here.
High Meadow Park
With a brand new detachable high-speed, four-passenger lift, this dedicated learning area for beginners, children, and families is the perfect place to start on the mountain. Additional snowmaking throughout the area’s gentle slopes ensures an ideal snow surface.
Après at Umbrella Bar
Centered in Canyons Village, Umbrella Bar is the heart of the après scene. From mini-pool and foosball tables and cornhole boards to weekly live music and warm firepits, the Umbrella Bar will keep the kids entertained while you relax and settle into your week-long vacation.
Dinner at The Farm
Named one of “Utah’s 25 Best Restaurants” in 2015, The Farm is a rustic, yet refined dining experience offering menu that emphasizes regionally-sourced ingredients, an extensive selection of wines, and indoor and outdoor seating. But don't forget to toast the table for a successful first day in Park City!
Day 2
Family Lesson
Whether you're new to the sport, improving technique, or exploring the favorite local spots on the mountain, there's no better way to do it than with one of our world-class instructors. They're the go-to gurus for picking out the right terrain and challenges for each member of your family.
Lunch at Mid-Mountain Lodge
The iconic Mid-Mountain Lodge, originally a 120-plus-year-old historic miners’ boarding house, pays tribute to the resort’s history and heritage while creating a welcoming atmosphere that evokes luxury, comfort and warmth. New dining options reflect the region’s marked notoriety for superb cuisine with chef-driven menus featuring high-quality ingredients and innovative presentation.
Après in the Village
Both base areas host a variety of après activities for our youngest guests, including complimentary s'mores and Meet & Greet with Park City’s avalanche dogs. Our furry employees showcase their skills and knowledge that help our ski patrol with avalanche mitigation and safety tasks.
Dinner at Legends Bar & Grill
Stay in-village for dinner at Legends Bar & Grill. Offering a full-service bar with hand crafted cocktails and diverse wine list, Legends is a place where Mom and Dad can pick out a savory spirit while the kids grub on everything from the chef's burger to fresh-baked pizza.
Day 3
Flying Eagle Ride
Take your vacation to new heights on the Flying Eagle. Watch the skiers and snowboarders on the trail below as you zoom by on this two-person zip line. The wind on your face and scenery above is the perfect way to start your morning together.
Explore Historic Main Street
Park City's Historic Main Street is a hub of lively bars and restaurants, mountain-clad boutiques and stores, brightly-lit art galleries, and rich history. As you walk the length of Main Street, relics of the past are still widely present.
Afternoon Shopping
If you’re looking forward to hitting the shops rather than the slopes, taking a stroll on Main Street to explore the many custom boutiques is a great option. You'll find everything from local boutiques to souvenir shops and major outdoor retailers.
Dinner on Main Street
Much of Park City’s fine-dining establishments focus strongly on locally sourced and personally crafted dishes. With farm fresh ingredients and award-winning chefs, Main Street is a foodie’s heaven. Some of our favorites are High West Distillery, Tupelo, Handle, Fletcher’s, and Riverhorse on Main.
Day 4
Children's Ultimate Lesson
Treat your child to an experience of a lifetime at Park City Ski and Snowboard School. In each of the Ultimate Lessons, the number of children in each class is limited so that each child receives individual attention from our patient, caring, and top-notch instructors.
Ski to Town
With the kids in their lesson, it's time for the grown-ups to have their own adventure! Ski or ride to Historic Main Street from Town Lift. From there, continue to ski and ride past historic mining structures or stick around town and explore!

Lunch on Main Street
At the bottom of Town Lift, you'll find a variety of restaurants within a two-minute walk in ski boots. Whether you're in the mood for a something light, something hearty, or something quick, Main Street is a great option for lunch and après.
Evening Sleigh Ride
After full-day on the slopes, gather the family around for a winter sleigh ride up the mountain. The sleighs can fit between 10 and 12 people and take you across the mountain to beautiful views of Park City under the comfort of a warm wool blanket.
Day 5
Quicksilver Gondola
By this time, you've skied both sides of the mountain. Now it's time to connect the experiences together by taking a ride on Quicksilver Gondola. Take in the views, plan your next route on your trail map, or even grab a couple of selfies with the kids!
Silver to Slopes Tour
Discover Park City’s rich mining, skiing and local history on the Silver to Slopes Historic Mining Tour. Learn how Park City Mountain evolved from a silver mining camp to an internationally recognized winter sports destination and hear the stories behind the authentic mining structures you see on the mountain.
Lunch at Cloud Dine
Cloud Dine, newly remodeled with an additional 200 seats, is the perfect spot to eat lunch among the amazing Wasatch Range views. As one of the most popular dining locations on the mountain, the new addition will ensure that the guest’s dining experience is elevated to match the superior quality of the food.
Alpine Coaster
Strap into the toboggan-style car and get ready for the ride of your life! You'll whiz through a winter wonderland, giggling and laughing the whole way down. The Alpine Coaster is the perfect ending to the end of your ski vacation in Park City.
